For ordinary clock time, hours commonly use native Korean numbers and minutes use Sino-Korean numbers: 3:20 is 세 시 이십 분. The shortened 세 appears before 시; 이십 means twenty. 2:10 is 두 시 십 분.
Distinguish time of day from duration and check whether 오전 or 오후 is needed for morning or afternoon. A spoken appointment should be confirmed, not guessed from an isolated number.
